The transition from high school into further education or the workplace is a big event in life. Our aim is to help make the move as easy as possible.

The Transition Services Program is an independent program run through Southeast Advocates for Employment and in conjunction with S.W.I.S. (Settlement Workers In Schools)

It is designed to support Newcomer youth from Grade 11 & 12 as they prepare to graduate out of high school and into employment and/or further education.

Our program aims to help students create positive and possible futures for themselves and we encourage the input of parents and family in the process.
